Since relocating to W Sussex, Jane has teamed up with the best in the area to bring her Powerful Pregnancy philosophy to you, in-person. WittFit is a Community Gym with unrivalled coaching and programming - the perfect place to house our weekly gym sessions for all Mums and Mums to be. It's available free to members and Jane works closely with all coaches in the club to ensure you can continue to train with confidence.

Pre and Postnatal Gym Sessions at...


We run weekly gym sessions at WittFit. The sessions are individually curated to meet the needs of everyone in the class. Based on strength and conditioning protocols with a focus on core and functional strength, Jane carefully adapts exercises and supports you to be able to train, whatever your circumstances. We also very much welcome non moving babies so you can even train with a little one in tow! These are open to members and non members. Members can book via the WittFit Glo Fox booking app, non members can book below. Purchase either a single session for £20 or block of 6 sessions for £99.

The Powerful Pregnancy and Beyond 2hr Workshop.
Are you pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant or recently had a baby? Are you confused by what you can and can't do when it comes to exercise? This 2 hour session will take you through all the latest research and guidelines so that you know all you need to know about the wonderful benefits of exercise during this time and most importantly, how to do it. This is also really useful to Health and fitness professionals including Midwives and Physiotherapist and can be used for CPD. After an hours lecture and some refreshments, Jane will take you through a mindful session where you'll get to release tired or aching muscles whilst doing some positive work for your core and pelvic floor. The Workshop is £25 for non members, free to WittFit members.

Research shows that birth is as demanding, if not more, than an ultra endurance event.
The 3rd Trimester brings many physiological changes, designed to prepare you for this. Knowing how to harness this is incredibly powerful, hence why we call our programmes The Powerful Pregnancy!
Having a deeper connection and awareness of your power in pregnancy makes a huge difference to your birth experience. This is what we provide on this course, resulting in a stronger, more connected you, not only for birth but also for your postnatal recovery. Early Post Birth Recovery - 6 week Course.

Our hormones affect us physically throughout our entire adult life yet we rarely understand truly how and, most importantly, what we can do to help us harness the power of our hormones to live a healthier, less stressed life. This workshop will look at the rise and fall of the Female sex hormones and how that impacts on us physically, and why Jane believes we all have to work together, whatever our age or life concern - pubescent, menstrual, prenatal, postnatal, peri - post - menopausal to bring better health at any stage in your life. Join live and get your questions answered on air or put them to Jane before hand so that she can include them in the workshop
