Are you pregnant, thinking about getting pregnant or recently had a baby? Are you confused by what you can and can't do when it comes to exercise? This 2 hour session will take you through all the latest research and guidelines so that you know all you need to know about the wonderful benefits of exercise during this time and most importantly, how to do it.
Jane Wake has been working in the Women's health field of Sport and Exercise since completing her Masters degree in Sports Management in the early 1990's where she researched on the provision of sport and exercise for women.
