About the event

This online webinar is a part of my strength training programme. It has suddenly become so relevant as so many prominent people within the menopause field are promoting strength training. Which is fantastic - we need to encourage women to strength train! But a lot of the information is being presented in sound bites that are questionable and don't follow current science or guidelines. If you have been caught up in the "Women need to lift heavy Sh*t" rhetoric and are getting mixed messages as to what you should do, this session is for you! It will also educate anyone who wants to understand a little more about how our muscles work and a variety of optimal ways in which you can train for strength. Anyone attending live can get a a voucher equivalent to the value of the workshop to use against my strength training programme or live sessions.
