This 40 minute Fit Circle session will follow our unique Fit Circle Format and will always work full body and core but this time with an additional focus on release. Learn how to balance your training with specific muscle work so that you can train with balance. You'll need an exercise band and a weight, either a kettle bell, set of dumbbells or a weighted ball. If you don't have any of these then use water bottles or the washing liquid bottle! anyone can do this as I show 3 clear distinct levels throughout the workout - make sure you stick to the level that works best for you. You should always be able to complete a move for the time given but feel challenged and feel you need to stop by the end! Let's do this!
