Service Description

This 40 minute session is a great way to start the week. We will start by fully mobilising the body with big range movements, focusing on areas of tightness that can restrict and prevent full flowing movement. Once we've freed ourselves up we will go into a strong series of short burst of moves to invigorate, feel your muscles fatiguing and your heart pumping to put you on a high for the rest of the day! You don't need any equipment for this class but if you have specific areas of tightness - bring a massage ball or tennis ball and do some pre rolling before you start - I'll show you how in the warm up.
