This 40 minute session will work like our express classes but with an added set of HIIT intervals in between two flows. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval training - this involves doing 20 - 30 seconds of very high intensity work, followed by equal rest period. Beginners can work at a more gentle pace as Jane shows a variety of options for you to work too. You really can take this at your own pace to maximise what you need from the session.
