Service Description

Pilates to improve posture, strength, length, coordination, balance, and overall wellbeing. Includes a dynamic flowing sequence and martial arts inspired moves that are unique to this class. In this 50 minute session we are allowing for anyone needing a quick lunch time workout. Arrive therefore either at the start or any time 10 minutes into the start . The first 10 minutes will focus on individual release and breath work. We will then go into a quick warm up and a 40 minute flow to finish the class in a total of 50 mins.
