This 6 Week programme has been designed for anyone who struggles to participate in regular strength sessions which don't cater to your specific needs. This programme is totally unique as it is created around you! Over 6 weeks you will attend weekly classes plus 1 to 1 mentoring and group sessions that provide the perfect mix of education and motivation to ensure you see progressions over the 6 weeks. You will also be given specially curated 2 - 5 minute exercise routines that you can easily fit into you day. These will be designed to help you with any specific issues you may have. There literally is no other programme like this , especially not with a leading health and fitness expert with 37 years experience of working with people with injuries and health conditions. How it works - Sign up below and gain access to the programme which will start on a set date. - The next course to run starts on the 3rd November and runs through to 15th December. Who is this for? - This really is for anyone. You don't have to have a health condition, you may just want to start from the very beginning and would benefit from some additional guidance. If you are however suffering from any joint condition, muscular-skeletal issues such as osteoporosis or have another health condition that makes is harder for you to join in with regular exercises classes - then this is for you. This is NOT based on age, sex or any other sub group or population - everyone is welcome. Our common goal - TO BUILD STRENGTH! What you will need - Watch the intro video to find out! A set or 2 of dumbbells, an exercise mat and exercise band is all you really need to begin with. What happens next - You will be asked to book in for a 1 to 1 session with Jane during the first week. The early you do this, the earlier you can get going on your specific exercise needs. Your first live class starts on the Thursday of that week. Sign up below.
